TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders
We accept orders through our website, by phone on 01782 625119 and in our Hartshill showroom. When placing an order online or by telephone we accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not store any card details either electronically or on paper.

Warranty
All of our LED bulbs hold a warranty of 3 years, all fittings carry a minimum warranty of 1 year. If the product you have/are purchasing has a larger warranty e.g Integral LED it will state on the information section of that particular product.

Installation
A qualified electrician must install all products supplied. If the product you have purchased is installed incorrectly your warranty will be void. We will not accept any liability for any personal damages such as electrocution due to improper installation.

Prices and VAT
We aim to ensure all the prices on our website are correct. On occasionan they may be incorrect. If the incorrect price is noticed prior to despatch, we will offer you the chance to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order for a refund.

E2lighting.co.uk reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and E2lighting.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

All Prices are VAT inclusive

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days via DPD Courier. You will recieve a time slot via email or txt message to allow you to plan in advance.

Free delivery over orders of minimum spend on £65.00 after any coupons applied.

Orders under £65 will have a £7.99 delivery charge applied for UK Mainland, £19.99 Scotland

Returns & Exchange Policy

We aim to display our products in the most accurate depiction with the images available to us & the descriptions and measurements provided. Each Manufacturer may have slightly different colour finishes from different batches.. We are happy to accept returns of items that are not suitable – E.g finish is not as expected, however please note this is the customers responsibility to return the item at their own cost.

E2 Lighting works within the guidlines of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have 14 Calender days to return an item for a full refund from the date that the item was recieved, 30 days for an exchange or store credit. E2 Lighting will not take any responsibility for goods returned after this period.

You must notify us via email – showroom@e2lighting.co.uk, or by written letter to E2 Lighting, 318 Hartshill road, Hartshill, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire. ST4 7NJ within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please note a telephone call is not accepted.

These conditions apply to all goods purchased.

Our customers have a duty of care whilst products are in their possession. Customers are responsible for returning all goods they have received in it’s original packaging and with all the components intact as they were recieved –  lightbulbs and screws for example. Goods must not have been installed, or modified in any way and should be in a new condition for re-sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to return unwanted/unsuitable product/s at their cost (we advise tracked delivery).

If you receive a faulty product or have any shortages, you must notify us by email : showroom@e2lighting.co.uk, telephone:01782 625119 or writing; E2 Lighting, 318 Hartshill road, Hartshill, Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire. ST4 7NJ within 7 days, clearly identifying the fault with the product. We will then arrange for collection of the faulty product and organise for a replacement to be sent. Alternatively if a refund has been requested, the refund will only be applied once the product/s have been received and checked.  If the product/s returned are found to be fault free, the customer will be liable to pay carriage charges and in some cases a restocking charge. This may mean a partial refund being processed.

Please note any bespoke products or parts and specially made to order goods are non-returnable.

For any products which become faulty after a 30 day period,but remain in there warranty period we will attempt to replace or repair before a refund is offered.

All refunds will be processed as soon as products returned are received and checked. If a refund is requested and meets the criteria above, a full refund of the product will be made within 5 working days.

E2 Lighting is in no way be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electrician’s fees, time taken from employment etc.

We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
